SVK:s conservators are experienced in a wide range of disciplines which makes them an efficient team. The members of the staff have graduated from different conservation programmes in Europe: Sweden, England and Italy. The staff of each department is well trained in its own field of conservation: paintings, paper, textile, wood and furniture, objects and archaeology as well as in overall conservation .

Working as a team and in projects often request contacts with other conservators, scientists, experts and craftsmen.
